One engine. Every gate. Priced by repos, not by features.

Every plan — including Free — runs the same detector: phantom-dependency checks, fresh-claim detection, credential scanning, AI-native flaw scanning. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier. You only pay for how many private repositories it covers.

Install the app first: GitHub then sends you to a page that links your subscription to your organisation automatically. If you subscribe from here without installing, email contact@magsolutionsai.com with your GitHub organisation name and we will activate it by hand.

What this replaces, and what it does not

The alternative is billed per person. We are not.

On private repositories, GitHub charges per active committer: $19 a month for Secret Protection and $30 for Code Security. Public repositories are free for everybody, us included.

Team sizeGitHub Advanced SecurityMagSolutionsAIDifference
3 developers$147/mo€29/mo≈ 5×
10 developers$490/mo€69/mo≈ 7×
25 developers$1,225/mo€149/mo≈ 8×

Read this before you use those numbers. They are not equivalent products. GitHub Advanced Security runs full CodeQL analysis, hundreds of secret detectors and push protection; we run five focused gates. If you need the whole platform, buy the whole platform. What the table shows is the shape of the bill, not a feature match: theirs grows every time you hire, ours does not.

And the free option nobody mentions: if all your repositories are public, GitHub already gives you secret scanning and CodeQL at no cost, and so do we. Paying us only makes sense for private code.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask before paying us.

What counts as a private repository?
Any repository on your GitHub organisation or account that isn't public. Public repositories are always free and unlimited, on every plan — including Free.
What happens if I go over my plan's repo limit?
Nothing breaks automatically. Audits keep running on every repository you've installed the app on. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan, we'll reach out to find the right tier together — we don't believe in surprise lockouts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Cancel from the payment receipt Stripe emails you, or email us and we'll do it for you.
Is my source code stored anywhere?
No. Diffs are analysed in memory and discarded. We store the installation ID, repository name, PR number and risk level — never your source, never a detected secret. Full detail in the Trust section.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or change my plan?
Right now: email us and we'll switch it within a business day. A self-serve billing portal is on the roadmap but not built yet — we'd rather tell you that than pretend it exists.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Install the Free plan directly from GitHub — no card, no signup form, no trial clock. Upgrade only when you actually need private repositories covered.

Start on the free plan. Upgrade the day it matters.

One install covers every pull request in the org. No SDK, no CI pipeline changes, no per-developer setup.
